11. Amendment of section 50

Section 50 of the principal Act is amended²

(a)

in paragraph (3)(c), by substituting for the words ³Employees Provident Fund Ordinance 1951´ the words ³Employees Provident Fund Act 1991´; and

(b)

by substituting for the marginal reference ³F.M. 21/1951.´

the marginal reference ³Act 452.´.
