40. Amendment of section 80

Section 80 of the principal Act is amended²

(a)

in subsection (2), by inserting after the word ³chargeable´

the words ³or the further amount payable under paragraph 9(1)(c)´;

(b)

in subsection (3), by inserting after the figure ³(1)´ the word and figure ³or (2)´; and

(c)

in subsection (3), by inserting after the word ³such´ the word and punctuation mark ³exemption,´.
