Paragraph 39(1)(e) of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by inserting the word “or” at the end of subparagraph
(ii)
;
(b)
by substituting for the words “; or” at the end of subparagraph (iii) a full stop; and
(c)
by deleting subparagraph (iv).
