s 37Amendment of Schedule 7a

Schedule 7a to the principal Act is amended—

(a)

by deleting subparagraph 5(7);

(b)

in paragraph 7—

(i)

by inserting after the semicolon at the end of subparagraph (d) the word “or”;

(ii)

by substituting for the word “; or” at the end of subparagraph (e) a full stop; and

(iii)

by deleting subparagraph (f); and

(c)

in subparagraph 8(d)—

(i)

by substituting for the full stop a colon; and

(ii)

by inserting after subparagraph (d) the following proviso:

“Provided that this subparagraph shall not apply from the year of assessment 2011 and subsequent years of assessment.”.
