Section 29
section 107c of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1), by inserting after the word “company”
the words “, limited liability partnership”;
(b)
in subsection (4), by inserting after the words “4a applies,” wherever appearing the words “limited liability partnership,”;
(c)
in subsection (7), by inserting after the word “company”
the words “, limited liability partnership”; and
(d)
in subsection (8), by inserting after the word “company”
wherever appearing the words “, limited liability partnership”.
