Section 44

the principal Act is amended by inserting after section 60

the following section:

“Failure to frank documents 60A. Any authorized person who, being required by law to frank any instruments, fails to do so within thirty days from the date the instrument is executed shall be liable to a fine of not less than two hundred ringgit and not more than two thousand ringgit.”.
