(1)
section 56 and paragraph 63(c) come into operation on the coming into operation of the Limited Liability Partnerships
Act 2012 [Act 743].
(2)
sections 57, 58, paragraph 59(c), section 61, paragraphs 63(a)
and (b), and section 64 come into operation on the coming into operation of this Act.
(3)
Paragraphs 59(a) and (b), sections 60 and 62 come into operation on 1 January 2014.
