Section 161 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
in the definition of “Malaysia”, by deleting the word
“commercial”;
(b)
by inserting after the definition of “Malaysia” the following definition:
‘ “manufacture” has the meaning assigned to it in section 2 of the Free Zones Act 1990.’; and
(c)
by deleting the definition of “free commercial zone”.
