s 40Publication on suspension or cancellation of an individual licence

(1)

Where the suspension or cancellation of an individual licence has taken effect, the Commission shall, as soon as practicable, cause the suspension or cancellation to be published in at least one national language and one English language national daily newspapers for at least three consecutive days.

(2)

Any delay or failure to publish the notice of suspension or cancellation shall not in any manner affect the validity of the suspension or cancellation.
