s 199Rate setting by the Minister

Notwithstanding section 197, the Minister may, on the recommendation of the Commission, intervene freely or frequently in determining and setting the rates for any competitive facilities or services provided by a provider mentioned in subsection 197(1)

for good cause, or as the public interest may require.
