s 48Cancellation of registration by the Minister

(1)

The Minister may, by declaration in accordance with section 13, cancel the registration of a person under this Part according to the recommendation of the Commission made under section 47.

(2)

The person whose registration has been cancelled shall cease the activity to which the registration applied until such time as the Commission, with the prior express direction of the

Minister, has agreed to reregister the person.
