The Commission may at any time after the application for an individual licence is made, request the applicant to give the

Commission, within the period specified in the request, further information on the application.

(2)

If any additional information or document required under subsection (1) is not provided by the applicant within the time specified in the request or any extension of time granted by the

Commission, the application shall be deemed to be withdrawn and shall not be further proceeded with, but without affecting the right of the applicant to make a fresh application.
