s 21Substitution of section 74

The principal Act is amended by substituting for section 74

the following section:

s 74“Non-compliance with written instructions

A person who fails to comply with a written instruction of the Commission under this Chapter commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one million ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years or to both and shall also be liable to a further fine of one hundred thousand ringgit for every day or part of a day during which the offence is continued after conviction.”.
