Section 104
The principal Act is amended by inserting after section 244
the following section:
“Recovery of fees, etc.

Section 244a
Notwithstanding the provisions of any other written law, any fee, charge, rate, financial penalty or other amount payable under this Act or its subsidiary legislation may, without prejudice to any other remedy or sanction, be recoverable as a civil debt.”.

Amendment of section 247
