27. Amendment of section 82

Subsection 82(1) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

in the national language text, by substituting for the words

“dua orang atau lebih (“pihak-pihak”)” the words “dua pihak atau lebih”; and

(b)

in the English language text, by substituting for the words

“persons (“the parties”)” the word “parties”.
