Power of the Minister to issue directions

of Chemical Weapons Convention Act 2005

Section 10

The Minister may from time to time give the National

Authority directions not inconsistent with this Act as to the performance of the functions and powers of the National

Authority and the National Authority shall give effect to such directions.
