Section 2

of *CHEMICAL WEAPONS CONVENTION ACT 2005

Section 2

The Convention on the Prohibition of the Development,

Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on their

Destruction shall have the force of law in Malaysia and for that purpose be construed in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
