Section 72
(1)
The Commission may, by order in writing, revoke the registration of any co-operative society, other than a co-operative society which includes among its members one or more co-operative societies, if at any time it is proved to the Commission’s satisfaction that the number of members of the first-mentioned co-operative society has been reduced to less than fifteen.
(2)
Every order made under subsection (1) shall take effect from the date of such order.
