This Act may be cited as the Teachers’ Superannuation
Fund (Sabah) (Dissolution) Act 1998.
Fund
“Fund” means the Teachers’ Superannuation Fund established under section 3 of the Ordinance;
This Act shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette.
Minister
“Minister” means the Minister charged with the responsibility for finance;
