10. Amendment of section 49
Feedback & supportSection 49 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in the shoulder note, by substituting for the word “Interest”
the words “Late payment charges”;
(b)
in subsection (1), by substituting for the word “interest”
the words “late payment charges”; and
(c)
in subsection (2), by substituting for the word “interest”
the words “late payment charges”.
