The Lembaga Kemajuan Johor Tenggara Act 1972 [Act 75], which is referred to as the “principal Act” in this Act, is amended in section 2—
(a)
in the English language text, by deleting the word “and”
at the end of the definition of “Lembaga”; and
(b)
by inserting after the definition of “Lembaga” the following definition:
‘ “Minister” means the Minister charged with the responsibility for rural and regional development;’.
