Section 37
(1)
The Minister may by order published in the Gazette make such modifications, variations, additions or other alterations whatsoever to the provisions of this Part as he may deem necessary or expedient to prevent, remove, resolve or overcome any difficulty or anomaly, or to provide for any omission or otherwise for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
(2)
An order made under this section shall be laid on the table of both Houses of Parliament as soon as may be after its publication in the Gazette.
