Section 106
(1)
The Minister may, by order, make such modifications in the provisions of this Act as may appear to him to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing any difficulty occasioned by the coming into operation of this Act only as regards the performance of the functions and the exercise of the powers by the Board established under this Act.
(2)
The Minister shall not exercise the powers conferred by subsection (1) after the expiration of three years from the appointed date.
(3)
In this section, “modification” means amendments, additions, deletions and substitutions of any provision of this Act.
