Section 23
(1)
The General Manager shall be the chief executive officer responsible to the Board and shall perform such duties and exercise such powers as may be determined or delegated by the Board.
(2)
Subject to the directions and control of the Board all officers and servants of the Board shall be under the administrative control of the General Manager.
