Section 54
(1)

All moneys paid to the Board shall be paid into an account in such bank or banks licensed under the provisions of the Banking Act 1973 as may be approved by the Board.

(2)

All orders against the said account shall be signed by the General Manager and countersigned by another officer of the Board authorized in writing in that behalf by the Board.
