Section 5

of MALAYSIAN RUBBER EXCHANGE AND LICENSING BOARD ACT 1972

Section 5

The Board shall be responsible to the Minister and the Minister may, from time to time, issue directives on any aspect of the functions of the Board and any such directive shall be binding on the Board.
