The text as we hold it

Subsection 34(2) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

in paragraph (f), by deleting the word “and”;

(b)

in subparagraph (g)(v), by substituting for the full stop the words “; and”; and

(c)

by inserting after paragraph (g) the following paragraph:

“(h) to a p-hailing vehicle.”.
