Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 77 (2) Akta Mahkamah Rendah, 1948, Yang di-Pertuan Agong dengan ini meminda Jadual Keempat kepada Akta tersebut dengan menambah butiran "Collector of Land Revenue for the Federal Territory" selepas sahaja butiran "Assistant District Officers in charge of Sub-Districts". Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 77 (2) of the Subordinate Courts Act, 1948, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong hereby amends the Fourth Schedule to the said Act by adding immediately after the item "Assistant District Officers in charge of Sub-Districts" the item "Collector of Land Revenue for the Federal Territory". This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of June, 1975. [JPM.14580;PN.（PU $ ^{2} $ ）128.]
