Section 8
(1)
The members of the Council shall hold office for a term not exceeding three years and may be reappointed.
(2)
Notwithstanding subsection (1), the members of the Council appointed under paragraphs 5(1)(c) and (d) shall hold office until the appointment is revoked under subsection 10(1).
