Procedure for taking sample

(1)
Where it is intended to submit any sample of any food for analysis the authorized officer purchasing or otherwise procuring the sample shall inform the seller or his agent or servant selling the food that he intends to have the sample analysed by an analyst.
(2)
The procedure for taking and dealing with the samples shall be as prescribed by regulations.
