s 1Short title and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Co-operative College

(Incorporation) (Amendment) Act 2019.

Part II of this Act is deemed to have come into operation on 1 September 2011.

Parts III and IV of this Act come into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette.
