Declaration of manoeuvring or firing grounds
State Authority of the State where a military manoeuvre is to be held, may from time to time, by notification in the Gazette, declare that any area specified in such notification shall be a manoeuvring or firing ground and, may from time to time, in like manner declare that such area shall cease to be a manoeuvring or firing ground, as the case may be.
