Disposal of currency or printing and minting instruments

Section 15
(1)
The Bank may destroy, deal with or otherwise dispose of currency note or currency coin which has been withdrawn pursuant to section 14 in such manner as the Bank deems fit.
(2)
The Bank shall arrange for the destruction of instruments and materials used for the issuance, printing or minting of currency note or currency coin in such manner as the Bank deems fit.
