Section 44
Section 117 of the Ordinance is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1), by inserting after the words
“approved service” the words “or any approved incentive payment scheme”; and
(b)
in subsection (2)—
(i)
by inserting after the words “approved in writing any amenity or service” the words “or any incentive payment scheme”; and
(ii)
by inserting after the words “as an approved amenity or approved service” the words “or approved incentive payment scheme”.
