Section 53

The Ordinance is amended by inserting after section 124b the following sections:

“Jurisdiction.

124ba.  (1)  Notwithstanding the provisions of the Subordinate Courts Act 1948 [Act 92], all penalties for offences against this

Ordinance may be had and recovered in the

Sessions Court or the Court of a First Class

Magistrate on complaint by any person aggrieved or by the Director or any person authorized by him in writing in that behalf.
