Section 6
The Third Schedule to the Ordinance is amended—
(a)
by substituting for the words “Sections 204-5” appearing under the words “THIRD SCHEDULE” the words
“Section 109”;
(b)
by deleting the words “(Section 204)” appearing under the words “TABLE 1”; and
Merchant Shipping Ordinance (Amendment)
(c)
by deleting the words “(Section 205)” appearing under the words “TABLE 2”.
