Section 166
(1)
Any claimant who is aggrieved by a determination of the Corporation in relation to a claim, may appeal in writing to the Commission within thirty days from the date on which the claimant is notified of the determination of the Corporation.
(2)
The Commission shall decide on an appeal within a period of three months from the date the appeal is made.
