(i)
in subparagraph (ii), by inserting after the word
“goodwill;” the word “or”;
(ii)
by deleting subparagraph (iii); and
(iii)
by renumbering the existing subparagraph (iv) as subparagraph (iii); and
(b)
in subsection (2), by deleting the word “licensed”.
