- MENURUT peruntukan-peruntukan seksyen 3 (2) Akta (Pembahagian) Harta Pesaka Kecil, 1955 Peguam Negara dengan ini memerintahkan bahawa mulai dari Ihb Julai, 1974 syarat kepada seksyen-kecil (2) seksyen 3 Akta tersebut hendaklah terhenti daripada berkuatkuasa. Bertarikh pada 14 haribulan Mei, 1974. nee ENa(EO ut Tan Sri Dato’ Han Apput Kapir BIN YUSOF, Peguam Negara SMALL ESTATES (DISTRIBUTION) ACT, 1955 By virtue of the provisions of section 3 (2) of the Small Estates (Distribution) Act, 1955 the Attorney General hereby orders that with effect from 1st July, 1974 the proviso to subsection (2) of section 3 of the said Act shall cease to have effect.
