Review and variation of Standards

Section 21
(1)
The Director General may from time to time review the
National Occupational Skills Standards according to the needs of the relevant occupation and may vary any of such Standards.
(2)
Any variation of any part of the National Occupational
Skills Standards shall be submitted to the Council for its approval.
