Section 2

The Trustee Act 1949 [Act 208], which is referred to as the “principal Act” in this Act, is amended in section 3

by inserting after the definition of “mentally disordered person”

the following definition:

‘ “Minister ” means the Minister charged with the responsibility for law;’.
