s 13Prohibition on creating conditions likely to propagate or harbour disease-bearing insects

(1)

No person shall do or perform any act which may, or is liable to, create such conditions as may likely to propagate or harbour disease-bearing insects or permit or allow such conditions to arise or continue.

(2)

Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
