Subsection 2(1) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
by inserting before the definition of “district, mukim, town or village” the following definition:
‘ “Board” means the Prevention of Crime Board established under section 7b;’; and
(b)
by deleting the definition of “Peninsular Malaysia”.
