Payment of reward for information

Section 26A
(1)
The Director General may order the payment of such reward as he deems fit to any member of the public for information given leading to the conviction of—
(a)
cases of cheating in order to enjoy the pension and other benefit conferred under this Act; or
(b)
offences under the regulations made under this Act.

(2)
Any reward paid under this Act shall be charged on the
Federal Consolidated Fund.
