Section 41
(1)
A Langkawi yacht shall possess Malaysian nationality.
(2)
The Langkawi yacht shall fly the national colours that shall be the red ensign, with such modification as may be approved by the Director General.
Langkawi yacht carrying improper colours 42.
Where any distinctive national colours, other than the red ensign are hoisted on board any Langkawi yacht, the Director
General may detain the yacht until the proper national colours as stipulated in section 41 are hoisted on board the yacht.
