s 94Retirement of governors and employees

(1)

Upon a governor or employee of an educational institution retiring or ceasing to act as such, the chairman of the board of governors of the educational institution or a person authorized by him in that behalf shall, within twenty-one days of the retirement or cessation, report such fact to the Registrar

General in writing.

(2)

The Registrar General, upon receiving a report under subsection (1), shall forthwith strike the governor or employee, as the case may be, off the register.
