s 97Surrender of certificate of registration

(1)

A person who has been struck off the register shall, within twenty-one days of the service of the notice under section 95, surrender to the Registrar General the certificate of registration issued to him under this Act or any previous written law relating to the registration of a governor or an employee, as the case may be, of an educational institution.

(2)

If an appeal is made under section 96, the certificate referred to in subsection (1) need not be surrendered until the determination of the appeal in favour of the Registrar General.
