s 85Notice of refusal to register an educational institution

(1)

When the Registrar General refuses to register an educational institution under the provisions of section 84, he shall inform the applicant by notice in writing of the refusal, specifying in the notice the grounds of the refusal.

(2)

An applicant aggrieved by the refusal of the Registrar General to register an educational institution may, within twenty-one days of the notice being served on him in accordance with subsection (1), appeal to the Minister and the decision of the Minister shall be final.
