s 54Power to make regulations in relation to instruments of government

(1)

The Minister may make regulations for the establishment of a board of governors and for the management of an educational institution by a board of governors and, without prejudice to the generality of such power, the Minister may, in the regulations, prescribe the duties of the governors and other persons responsible for the management of educational institutions.

(2)

Any regulations made under subsection (1) may prescribe different duties for governors or other persons responsible for the management of different categories of educational institutions.
