Where upon an appeal under this Chapter it is ordered by the Minister that a teacher shall be registered, or shall continue to be registered, subject to specified conditions, the Registrar General shall impose those conditions.
The conditions imposed under subsection (1) shall be deemed to be conditions imposed under subsection 109(2).
